'Beauty and the Beast' Season 4 Premiere Date & Update: Series Wrapped Up Production

American television series "Beauty and the Beast" might have been cancelled by The CW already but it still has one season left to air. It won't be too long though until the show will be off air as it is set to premiere its fourth season soon. According to Latin Post, season 4 of the romantic-action series has now wrapped up production.

Tweets and goodbye posts from the cast started pouring in during the last day of filming.

Jay Ryan, who plays as Vincent Keller and the beast, posted on Twitter saying, "That's a wrap! Au Revoir! #Montreal #BATB."

Austin Basis also expressed this thoughts on the same social media platform saying that it's a bittersweet goodbye and that he will miss playing his role as J.T. Forbes. He then ended his tweet with "Onward&Upward" which largely indicated that it's time to start moving on.

Cartermatt detailed that the series has given the cast a lot to be thankful for including the job that they have, which they can use as a trampoline to jump into other things in their life. It also noted how the show will end just in time for the actors to have the opportunity to sign on to new projects before the season finale premieres.

Not a lot of details are known about the upcoming season as the shooting and production location took place in Canada. But TV Line revealed a little spoiler saying that season 4 of Beauty and the Beast is titled as "Au Revoir."

The exact premiere date of the new and last season of the show has not been revealed yet, but CW's president Mark Pedowitz previously announced that it will be moved to a summer release.

"I truly like it as a summer series. One of our stated goals for the network was to have year-round programming. We're doing more and more of this, and having 'Beauty and the Beast' gives us some scripted programming for summer," said Pedowitz.
