Bond Girl Marlohe Prepares to Sweep Cannes

Berenice Marlohe has promised that the trailer for her upcoming film "Skyfall" will steal the scene at this year's Cannes Films Festival.

"Fans really can expect all the key ingredients that have made this franchise last for 50 years- action, sense of humor, the characters are very high in colors," Marlohe told reporters at the festival earlier this week.

"They have a fantastic cast and a fantastic director," the actress added. "They really can expect one of the better, if not the best Bond ever. I really think they will really enjoy it."

The French actress stars in the James Bond film alongside Daniel Craig and Naomie Harris. "Skyfall" will mark the 23rd James Bond film ever made, making Marlohe the latest in a long line of "Bond Girls."

Producers are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the James Bond film series with the release of "Skyfall." The film is predicted to increasingly become the most highly anticipated film of the year, and is scheduled for release in November.

Of her co-star, Marlohe explained that Craig is "like a clown."

"He's a wonderful guy, he's very serious while working but at the same time he has a great sense of humor and beautiful humanity," said the actress. "He's truly a great person. All of those things are what makes someone sexy or attractive."

English actress Judi Dench returns as Bond's commanding officer "M" in the film alongside other cast members, like Albert Finney and Javier Bardem, among others.

Past Bond Girls have included Ursula Andress, Halle Berry, Denise Richards, and Rosamund Pike, among several other actresses.

"Skyfall," which reportedly has a $150 million budget, is produced by Eon Productions for MGM, COlumbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Entertainment.

James Bond fans have waited for four years for a new 007 film, following the 2008 release of "Quantum of Solace."
