Cher Selling House in Malibu for $45 Million; 2 Others Listed, Singer London Bound?
Cher has listed every Los Angeles property that she owns, according to reports, and is considering a temporary move to London.
A world famous musician, Cher appears to be looking for a change up. The "Turn Back Time" singer has listed all three of her L.A. properties, according to reports and may now be considering a move to London.
"Right now, Cher has every property she owns on the market. The big rumor is that she's moving to London while she finds a new LA home," a source confirmed according to the Daily Mail.
One of the properties that have been listed is a Venice, Calif. home. The singer bought the three bedroom, three bathroom, 1,808-square foot house for $1,542,500. The listing price for the home has been set at $1.89 million. The home is a beach side residence that includes sliding glass walls, a rooftop deck, and a built-in barbecue. Cher has also listed a second property, a $5.5 million condo located in Hollywood, Calif.
The major listing, however, is a $45 million mansion located in Malibu that has also been listed for sale, albeit in "secret," according to the Daily Mail. The home was previously listed for sale in 2008, but was later taken off the market. The 13,000-square foot home contains seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a theater and a gym. In addition, there is also an on-site tennis court, pool, and guesthouse.
"There's no view like it in all of Malibu," the singer said during a 2010 interview with Vanity Fair. "It's one of the reasons I don't sell this place. It's so big for me, but it's unbelievable."
The singer released one of her first big hits, "I've Got You Babe" in 1965 with the late Sonny Bono. She is currently estimated to be worth $305 million, according to celebritynetworth.com.
