Evangelist Nick Vujicic Launches First-Ever Web Series on Preaching Christ Worldwide
Nick Vujicic, the "limbless" evangelist of Life Without Limbs ministry, plans to launch a new Web series documenting his travels this year to 24 countries where he preached the Gospel and shined a light into the lives of thousands and in some cases, tens of thousands who turned out at every event to hear him.
"This world really needs hope. This world really needs direction. This world really needs truth," says Vujicic in the four-minute promotional video for his "World Outreach" Web series.
The "World Outreach" series, which officially launches Dec. 16, is a first for Vujicic, whose story of finding strength and purpose for life in Christ has won him many admirers and supporters around the world. The 31-year-old married father has a rare disorder called tetra-amelia syndrome, resulting in his lack of limbs. Vujicic has often testified of attempting suicide as a child and growing depressed due to his disabilities, before realizing as a teen that his story could serve as encouragement to others.

The Serbian Australian-born Christian evangelist has since traveled to more than 44 countries and spoken thousands of times to large audiences in the last 10 years. This year alone, leaving his family in California , Vujicic traveled to 24 countries where he not only preached in packed venues in places like Cambodia, Hungary, and the Philippines, but also was welcomed personally by government officials.
In one photo shared online, Vujicic is seen praying with the President of Uruguay, Jose Mujica, in his office. In another photo, Vujicic is seen addressing leaders at the Congressional Palace in Lima, Peru, where officials knelt as he led them in prayer. In Singapore, Vujicic did a press interview with the President of Singapore, Tony Tan, along with two handicapped Singaporeans.
After one particular speaking event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Vujicic experienced what he called a "divine appointment," where he met with a family that had driven seven hours to see him, but arrived at the venue too late.
"After patiently waiting more than 4 hours for us to leave the venue, they managed to track down which van I was in," wrote Vujicic on his Facebook account where he has 2.1 million followers. The family followed behind Vujicic in traffic and finally managed to meet him at a gas station (as seen in the photo above).
"When we stopped for fuel, they came running out of their car. Our host, Joshua, saw them coming up to the van and said to me, 'Wow, you'll never believe what I'm seeing. There's a family with a girl who has no arms and no legs, and they're coming to see you.'"
As Vujicic explained, the young girl's mother was crying while her father's face was beaming with joy.
"My heart was so drawn to them, even after chatting for just a short while," shared Vujicic. "After a few hugs and kisses, and praying together, I invited them back to our hotel for a meal and some fellowship. There I learned that her nickname is actually Nik, her father is a doctor, and her mother is (a) nurse. Like my own family, they had no idea Nik would be without limbs until she was born."
"It's meetings like these that remind me how love can bring together some of the most diverse people. I love that love knows no bounds," the evangelist and Unstoppable and Life Without Limbs author added. He attached 1 Corinthians 13:13 to the end of his story: "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."
