Galaxy S3 Processor U.S. Featured in new Sprint Phone
The Galaxy S3 processor U.S., also known as the Snapdragon S4 chip will be featured in a new device called the Galaxy Victory 4G LTE on Sprint.
This smartphone will also come with a 4-inch, 800x480 resolution display, the 4GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, 5 megapixel rear camera, 4G LTE connectivity, and 1GB RAM.
This new device will be available on Sprint starting Sept. 16 for $99 with $50 mail in rebate. This handset appears to be a smaller version of the Samsung Galaxy S3.

The first Samsung Galaxy S3 Verizon software update is now available to the carrier's customers.
This is not an upgrade to Android 4.1, JellyBean, but to a more advanced version of Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich. It will bring Verizon users to version I535VRALG7, to be exact.
It also comes in two variations including F2 and G1. The main difference between the two is that G1 removes some of the Google Search capabilities.
The software update also corrects the "No SIM" error with the Galaxy S3. Stability is said to be improved and connectivity with Back Up Assistant has been straightened out as well. There is also improved data connection when using SBeam, and NFC tagging issues have been resolved.
This Update is relatively small at only 30.7MB.
Verizon recently began offering the Galaxy S3 on Amazon.com for a discounted price.
The online retailer is selling the smartphone for $139, which is $60 cheaper than its normal price with a new 2-year agreement or upgrade.
This new deal is available to Verizon customers looking to upgrade to the phone. Other customers looking to sign a new 2-year contract will have to pay an extra $10. Either way, this is still a deal that saves Verizon customers at least $50 on what has been one of the most popular smartphones to be released this year.
