Color variations include a gold edge around a silver body, a silver edge around a dark grey body, and a gold body with a black edge.

Meanwhile, the Nexus 6 is the first plus-size smartphone with Google, and the company decided to go big —literally — with this device. The phone measures 6.27 x 3.27 x 0.40 inches and weighs 6.49 ounces. The phone is made of plastic and is available in Cloud White and Midnight Blue.

When it comes to cameras, the HTC phone dominates as it's equipped with a 20MP rear camera and 4MP front shooter, while the Google phone has a 13MP rear facing camera and 2MP front camera.

The One M9 has 32GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB with a micro SD card, while the Nexus 6 has 64GB internal memory out of the box.

Off contract, the Google Nexus 6 costs $650. Pricing is currently not available for the HTC One M9, but U.S. carriers AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile are expected to announce the pricing soon.
