Titled "Crazy Love," spoiler reports indicate that the upcoming segment will feature a concoction of love and romance mixed with apprehensions as Amelia's (Caterina Scorsone) relationship with Owen (Kevin McKidd) takes center stage.

A promo video posted by the network reveals that even though Derek's (Patrick Dempsey) sister is so into Owen, she still fears that the emotion might take a negative toll in the end. And she could be right about it.

"I can't do this," Amelia tells Owen in a sneak peek video. "This is a mistake."

Sharing her doubts is none other Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) who, after learning her sister-in-law's dating secrets becomes so very critical about it. Mer reminds Amelia how "dangerous" it is to mix pleasure and business.

Setting aside the love drama, a synopsis provided by the Futon Critic points out to a hospital emergency involving a man who was attacked by his wife who "seeks revenge on his cheating ways." Debbie Allen's Dr. Catherine Avery will be taking on the case.

For those who are hankering for information on the show's future episode, IBTimes reported that Episode 20 will tackle on a plane crash incident which will trigger some drastic memories for Meredith and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw).

Avid followers might remember how Arizona lost her leg on a plane crash in Season 8. According to the publication, the current season's aviation mishap will feature some post-traumatic signs among the doctors involved.

For the meantime, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 Ep. 19 airs this Thursday, April 9 on ABC.
