'Grey's Anatomy' Season 11 Recap, Spoilers: More Family Drama in 'Don't Let's Start'?
After a week-long skip, the hit medical drama series "Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 is back in its small screen prime time schedule with its upcoming episode titled "Don't Let's Start."
The previous segment showed Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo) struggle with the truths surrounding her half-sister, Maggie (Kelly McCreary) and the emotional hurdles she has to overtake with her husband, Derek (Patrick Dempsey).
More emotional struggles also take place between Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) and Callie (Sara Ramirez) as they went through marriage counseling and a 30-day separation. The latter even decided to take a break from the relationship but soon realizes that they needed each other.

Spoiler news for the upcoming 6th episode suggested that it will feature another salvo of domestic drama.
It was reported that Derek will invite Maggie to grab some dinner, as a way of getting to know his wife's half-sister, much to Meredith's disappointment. The sneak peek further revealed that Maggie had already finished reading their mother's journal and this will put her in a difficult situation with Ellis (Kate Burton/Sally Pressman).
"I had them for a while. I got a good sense of her as a surgeon. If not as a person. So, thank you," she said to Meredith in the video.
Another mother-drama is also yet to be expected as April's (Sarah Drew) mother will come to visit her daughter to help with her pregnancy.
Hypable reported that things won't go well at first for the two.
"April seems a little 'annoyed' by her mother's presence, Jackson bonds well with her," the website said.
"Meanwhile, a patient's diagnosis causes Bailey to reconsider her own health issues and Dr. Herman drops a bombshell on Arizona," an additional synopsis was provided by ABCmedianet.
