Jill Duggar and Husband Derick Dillard Welcome Their First Child, Israel David
TLC's real-life "19 Kinds and Counting" family has welcomed yet another member and this one is coming from Jill Duggar and husband, Derick Dillard.
Earlier this week, Mr. and Mrs. Dillard announced to the public the arrival of their newborn son which they opted to name Israel David Dillard.
The TV personality's social media account said that Baby Israel, who is actually weeks past his due date, checks in the weighing scale with a hefty 9lbs, 10oz and measures 23 inches long.

Prior to the delivery, the 26-year-old husband shared on his blog his excitement for the coming of their son.
"My wife, Jill, is beginning to have contractions which means that the birth of our son is near," he wrote. "I can't even describe right now the anticipation I am feeling, as I am about to get to meet my firstborn son for the first time face to face. So many people have already testified that nothing can quite describe that moment and that I'll just have to experience it for myself."
TFC's famous family is apparently glad for the new blessing and could be bound to welcome even more members in a not so distant future.
"We're open to as many children as God will give us," Jill said in a previous interview with ABC. "We believe children are a blessing from the Lord and a gift from him."
For those who want to witness the family's special event, the publication indicated that Israel's birth will be featured on a May 5 episode of "19 Kids and Counting."
