'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' News: Josh Gad Recruits Judi Dench to Corner Daisy Ridley

After a failed attempt, comedian Josh Gad recruited Academy Award-winning actress Judi Dench to corner Daisy Ridley and try to squeeze out "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" spoilers from her.

Earlier this week, Gad posted another video of his mission to seek spoilers about the upcoming "Star Wars" film. After his failed attempt, the actor thought recruiting a legendary actress would sway Ridley, but he was obviously wrong.

Just like his first attempt, Ridley can be seen entering a set trailer where Gad is with his camera phone already rolling. Learning from the previous encounter, Ridley was quick to say that she is not answering any of Gad's questions about "Star Wars."

Gad can then be heard in the background saying, "No. No, Daisy, you're not. You are answering her 'Star Wars' questions." The camera then pans to the right where Dench is waiting and sternly looking at Ridley.

Right on cue, Dench started spitting "Star Wars" questions, such as "Are you being tested for midichlorians?" Midichlorians are the cells that can be abundantly found in Jedis' bodies. Dench continued asking, "Is Snoke Palpatine?" "Are you the last Jedi?" "What's the deal with Reylo?"

In each question, Gad's camera pans back and forth from Dench and then to Ridley where the latter can constantly be seen replying with silence. Facing the same fate that Gad had the last time, Dench retired with the same question, "Why don't you answer my damn question?"

Ridley, Gad, and Dench are together in the set of "Murder on the Orient Express" slated for release on Nov. 22.

The first time Gad tried to corner Ridley for some "Star Wars" spoilers, Gad made an effort to share a "Frozen 2" teaser, saying Olaf will be back for the sequel movie. However, that did not do the trick.

While Ridley is totally secretive about the plot, the writer and director of "Star Wars: The Last Jedi," Rian Johnson, previously gave away some hints about the upcoming movie, sharing that the film will highlight the individual stories of the characters by placing them in difficult situations and letting fans witness how they would handle it.

"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" will open in theaters on Dec. 15.
