Leaked images of LG V10 pops up – device rumored to have a second display
The leaked images of a new smartphone from LG have surfaced on the web. Images from TENAA, the Chinese telecommunication equipment certification centre, show the LG phone stamped with the model number LG-H968 and a V10 rear stamp.
Evan Blass, a reliable source, had recently posted on Twitter that LG was developing a device called the "V10" that would have a second display, meaning an "auxiliary ticker display" above its screen.
The leaked images from another source, namely a recent post by Steve Hemmerstoffer a.k.a @Onleaks, shows a unique handset that has managed to put its front-facing camera embedded under the display. This sure makes for a strange position to put in a camera.

Other rumors are saying that maybe the LG G4 Note is the V10 as both are rumored to be launched in October.
It is possible that the LG V10 might have the following specs:
Display - a 5.7-inch capacitive touchscreen with Quad HD with resolution of 2560x1440ppi in combination with a second or auxiliary display.
Inside - Powered by a Snapdragon 808 processor and paired with 3GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, as well as a microSD slot for expansion.
Camera - 16-megapixel rear camera with laser focus, dual-tone LED flash and video recording and 5-megapixel front camera.
Other features will include an integrated fingerprint scanner and rear-mounted volume and power buttons.
Sometime back, Samsung had launched a second display device called the "Samsung Continuum" that was not well received. Samsung has since never gone back to launching any other device with an auxiliary display and what purpose a second display serves is unclear.
The release date seems to be October. Only then will it be clear as to how and why LG has introduced this second display feature on its device.
The leaks of this device on TENAA means that the device should be out in a maximum of three weeks, that would suggest an October launch. The confusion is whether it is the LG G4 Note or its variant or a new device altogether. We will have to wait for clarification from LG itself.
