Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Price Drop Update: New Deal Sees Price Sale Of Up To $200

Microsoft recently started offering great deals, dropping prices of some Surface Pro 4 variants by as much as $200 off the regular tag.

Technology enthusiasts who want to get one of the most sought-after tablet-laptop products in the market can now have it without spending above $1,000. However, variants with higher specifications are still priced a little over a grand but at a good deal after Microsoft slashed a couple of hundred bucks from the original price tag.

According to Microsoft Store, the Surface Pro 4 variant that runs with Intel Core m3 and has 128 GB internal memory paired with 4 GB random access memory is now available at $699, more affordable than the original $899 price tag.

Microsoft is also offering a discount for the m3 Surface Pro 4 variant with 128 GB internal memory and 4 GB RAM specs but does not come with a Surface Pen. Its original price is $799, but with the special offer from the Redmond, Washington-based technology firm, the cost was slashed by $100.

As mentioned, Microsoft has also opened a discount offer for one of the Surface Pro 4 variants with higher specs. People can get the tablet-laptop option that runs with Intel Core i5, 256 GB internal memory and 8 GB RAM for a little over a grand or $1,049. That is $150 less than the original price of $1,199.

It is important to note that this is not the first time Microsoft has launched price cut offers for the Surface Pro 4. And every time they do, reports cannot stop speculating that this might be another indication that the highly anticipated Surface Pro 5 is just around the corner.

The latest reports have it that Microsoft is possibly gearing up to preview the Surface Pro 5 at the four-day Mobile World Congress event later this month. There are also speculations that the Surface Pro 5 will be introduced with variants of three different processors that are Intel's Core M, Core i5 and Core i7.

However, Microsoft has yet to shed some light on the rumors surrounding the Surface Pro 5.
