"I was thrilled when I heard the news about the Dove nomination for Shake Heaven and I am so proud of the team at Victory World Music," said Jordan in a press release. "I felt like I had come home when I started recording Christian music and when I could sing lyrics to praise Jesus and the good news He brings to everyone. I am so grateful for the support I have received from my peers in the industry and especially to those artists who took part in this current project. And now with the honor of this nomination, I feel so very, very blessed."

Jordan's second single, "You Are," was written by Dove award winning artist, Chris August.

Jordan co-wrote "You Are" with his teenage daughter Sydney, who is also a performer on Victory World Music like her dad. He said the track is his favorite one off of the new project, according to Bozeman Media.

On June 11, the single will be made available on all digital outlets with the video debuting earlier today.

"Personally, I feel 'You Are' is one of the top three songs I have written in my career," said Jordan in a statement. "I wrote a pop love song to my wife nearly 10 years ago and with a rewrite it has become a timeless new love song to God, expressing how a redirected life can become a resurrected one. And working with Chris on the song and video, it reconciles cultures and brings a fresh new collaboration to Christian radio, while at the same time it rekindles the love between man and God as well."

The video was directed Matthew Singleton and was filmed in Nashville, Tenn. at Marathon Village.

The Shake Heaven project includes a live performance DVD of all the songs on the album as well.
