Torres Shows Off Unique Skill in 'NCIS' Season 14 Episode 16
Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) has something useful to show and teach his fellow agents in the upcoming episode of "NCIS."
In the episode titled "A Many Splendored Thing," the synopsis reveals that Torres will teach his colleagues the art of pickpocketing. Before he was assigned to the D.C. headquarters of the NCIS, Torres had seen a lot of action abroad. He was originally a deep undercover agent. Although officially retired from clandestine work, the street-smart attitude that allowed him to escape certain death years ago never left him. His co-workers will have a field day watching him teach something they have never learned in the academy.
Meanwhile, the episode is also a continuation of the case involving a businessman who has plans to take over the world's stock market. Viewers can remember that Bishop (Emily Wickersham) lost someone important to her in the episode titled "Willoughby." Her boyfriend, translator Qasim (Rafi Silver), was gunned down while trying to break into the criminal's secret records. Bishop was with him when it happened. Qasim was put on life support but later died because of his injuries.
Bishop wants justice for Qasim and is prepared to do everything to take down the culprit. A new lead will surface that will hopefully point the NCIS to where the businessman is hiding. Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the others will do their best to solve the case, but they are also worried about Bishop. She has been quietly dealing with her pain, telling her friends she is all right.
Because she is blinded with her determination to seek revenge, Bishop may inadvertently put herself in danger. Gibbs cannot afford to lose another agent. He came close to losing Abby (Pauley Perrette) last episode, when she and her friends were almost arrested for bomb possession.
"NCIS" season 14 airs Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
