'Resident Evil: The Final Chapter' cast news: Ali Larter to reprise her role

"Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" will begin filming this 2015, after several delays in production. It was also revealed that Ali Larter will reprise her role as Claire Redfield.

Reports by Deadline stated that the film was supposed to start production last 2013. However, it was pushed to 2014. After that, it got pushed further because of star Milla Jovovich's pregnancy. Now, the production was moved to 2015.

The character that Jovovich portrays is Alice. Recently, she shared news on the film's production. On her social media, she posted that they will begin production. She said, "I'm really proud of myself for not gaining the same amount of weight that I did with our first child (75 lbs.) because I have to be ready to start filming 'Resident Evil - The Final Chapter' in August of this year and I will also be nursing an infant simultaneously (get ready wardrobe department for Alice's new "easy mama access" costume;)) so I don't want to be on any extreme diets to get ready to go back to "action hero" mode!"
