'South Park' Season 20 News, Updates, Spoilers: Wieners Out for Butters and the Boys in Episode 4
Missing the boys already? The hit Comedy Central animated series "South Park" Season 20 Episode 4 will resume airing following a short hiatus. In a promo trailer, Butter is seen leading a school rally for their rights - in NSFW fashion. Will they be able to stand for "pride and unity," or will just make matters worse between the boys and the girls?
What to expect
"South Park" Season 20 Episode 4 will be dealing with Butters and the boys getting more in touch with their identities. According to the episode's official synopsis, Kyle feels tremendous guilt about the whole girls versus boys thing, but fails at attempts to reconcile both parties. The boys then finally band together to stand up for their rights, which explains the banner on the promo video, which read, "Which side are you? #Weiners Out."
Meanwhile, Butters leads this school rally as he screams into a megaphone: "We are not ashamed of who we are! We are not going to feel guilt for the way we were born!" He then makes a hilarious proposition to stop making boys feel bad for "thinking with [their] wieners," as if wieners were a bad thing. But while Butters wields the megaphone, it's hinted that Kyle may be the one behind all this raucous in "South Park" Season 20 Episode 4. How will they be able to successfully resolve their problems with the girls, then?
Continuing storyline
"South Park" Season 20 Episode 4 is expected to continue the storylines left from the previous episodes. Gerald, for one, is still entangled in the aftermath of his trolling activities after using the online persona Skank Hunt 42, which led to an Olympian committing suicide. In a similar vein, Cartman had also deleted his social media accounts, making him a prime suspect in the ongoing investigation. He's completely oblivious, of course, as he spends most of his time with Helen. Will the two be able to hurdle this major issue?
Garrison, on the other hand, had won the presidential debate despite telling the audience to vote for the other guy. Will he be able to rise to the occasion of leadership?
Milestones
Expect a packed "South Park" Season 20 in general, because this landmark season will bring the show to 277 episodes. Second only to the hugely popular "The Simpsons," "South Park" is expected to hit 300 episodes, as showrunners Matt Stone and Trey Parker have already signed on to at least Season 23.
"South Park" Season 20 Episode 4 will air on Oct. 12 on Comedy Central.
