Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki, the actors who portray the Winchester brothers, were able to speak to Entertainment Weekly about the fate of the brothers, now that they have several obstacles to face. Padalecki explained that they remain optimistic about their chances.

He said, "The boys can't stop fighting. As long as they're alive, they're not going to stop fighting. We're going to have to see them continue to do good together. I think that's what's the most important part."

Meanwhile, Ackles revealed some shocking details about what could be the future for the two of them. He said, "It's either going to end tragic or it's going to end not tragic, and I can kind of make an argument for both. I don't really know where it's going to go. I always thought Dean would make the ultimate sacrifice for his brother. I guess if I had to choose something, that's probably what I would choose."

With that said, there are still many questions to be answered regarding what the upcoming episodes will bring.

"Supernatural" Season 11 Episode 19, titled "The Chitters" is expected to hit the small screens this April 27.
