Amazing Rescue of A Baby Orangutan – He Receives Love and Care After Being Neglected

This baby orangutan, Budi, was rescued from serious neglect. For the first 10 months of his life, he was fed only condensed milk and was kept in a chicken cage. But he wasn't kept there long before receiving the care he needed.

After a 10 hour journey by car and boat, Budi arrived at the International Rescue's Orangutan Rescue Centre in Ketapang, Indonesia in critical condition. Suffering from anemia and severe metabolic syndrome. Which led his bones from developing properly. But thankfully he was taken to the right place at the right time and they are doing what they need to save him. The staff says he's not out of the woods yet, but this resilient little guy is making a slow recovery.
