Amber Rose Baby Arrives, Wiz Khalifa Announces Name
Amber Rose and her fiancé Wiz Khalifa have welcomed their first child together on Thursday.
The couple welcomed a son, which they named Sebastian Taylor Thomaz.
"Happy Birthday Sebastian 'The Bash' Taylor Thomaz," the new dad and rapper posted to Twitter on Thursday. "Everyone welcome this perfect young man into the world."
Ahead of his arrival, Rose and Khalifa had already selected Sebastian's moniker, which the rapper referred to as a "total boss name" while speaking to L.A. radio station Power 106.
Rose, 29, had confirmed the pregnancy back in September during the MTV Video Music Awards.
Khalifa, who is outspoken about his use of marijuana in his lyrics, admitted that fatherhood would have a serious impact on his lifestyle in a past interview. The "Black and Yellow" rapper may quit smoking and limit his future performances, while Rose underwent serious changes while pregnant, according to the U.K.'s Daily Mail.
"Amber's already had to make some big lifestyle changes, like not smoking cigarettes anymore," a source close to the model told Daily Mail. "As a model she's used to have a thin waist, so this is going to me an adjustment for her."
During her pregnancy, Rose frequently updated her Twitter users about the changes she was making.
"Today was the first day of my home birthing classes," the model wrote last month. "No meds, no hospital, just the privacy of my own home. I'm so excited for this experience!"
Meanwhile, the proud new parents have not revealed any details about their impending nuptials.
Khalifa, 25, announced their engagement via Twitter last March, writing, "She Said Yes." The rapper, also known as Cameron Jibril Thomaz, also attached a photo of a diamond ring on the hand of what is assumed to be Rose.
Following Khalifa's post, Rose wrote, "He has made me the Happiest Woman in the World!!!"
Rose had sparked rumors that she and Khalifa already tied the knot earlier this year when she referred the rapper as her husband already.
