'Arrow' Season 4 Spoilers: Roy Harper Helps Take Down The Calculator; Olicity Calling It Quits?
"Arrow" season 4 episode 12 is set to air on the small screen and it's teased to be packed with action as the team will be taking down one of their most ferocious enemies yet. According to a report by Melty, the upcoming episode is titled, "Unchained" and a teaser trailer has already been released showing fans that Felicity is back from having undergone an identity crisis and she's now ready to help the team from her wheelchair.
Oliver and his company are going to take down The Calculator, a new threat to Star City and the world. It's not revealed yet who the new foe is but there are rumors going around that it could be Felicity's father. That's not entirely impossible though as The Calculator is described as having the same level of computer expertise as Felicity. He is "intelligent and tactical" and has "skills that match Felicity's," which allows him to do his deed without leaving any digital footprint.
In the teaser trailer, The Calculator tricked Team Arrow into entering a facility to take down a weapon. However, it seemed like the situation goes wrong when the weapon refuses to defuse. A scene where a building explodes is seen and it's assumed that Team Arrow is still inside. But it's less likely that someone will die. It does show though that the new enemy is no breeze to battle against.
A familiar face is also set to return in the upcoming episode. Design and Trend reported that Roy Harper will return to Star City to help the gang. But he will be crossing paths with Thea again, with whom he had a romantic relationship with before he left. It's expected that the two will share some sparks together but it's going to be awkward as Thea has a new boyfriend now. Is a love triangle drama going to take place?
Speaking of love dilemmas, Oliver and Felicity's relationship is expected to be on the rocks in future episodes. According to Inquisitr, actor Stephen Amell teased that the couple will be calling off their engagement. A flash forward scene showing Felicity not wearing the engagement ring gave the hint of a future break up. But will they be separated from each other for good?
Fans will have to stay tuned with "Arrow" airing every Wednesdays on CW.
