The Asus Zenfone 2 is probably one of the most popular smartphones today, thanks to its high quality specs and a reasonable price tag.
However, for Android fans who have been waiting for the Asus Zenfone 2 release date, the device comes in a number of versions – each with slightly different specs, as well as varying prices.
The first version is the ZE551ML, which is the highest-end model of the bunch. However, even this version comes in a number of categories.

Its specs include a 5.5-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 4GB and 2GB of RAM, and quad-core Intel Atom chipsets clocked in varying speeds. There is a 64GB and 32GB version as well.
Meanwhile, there is also the ZE550ML models that boast similar specs, but gets only an HD (1280 x 720) resolution screen. They boast 2GB of RAM and ample internal storage.
The entry level ZE500CL comes with the lowest-end specs of the Zenfone 2 series, but it still comes with an Intel Atom chipset, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal memory. It only has a 5-inch display with HD resolution as well.
In previous reports, Asus will be bringing its newest device in more Asian markets this month and in May.
According to a report by GSM Arena, the Android-powered smartphone will be headed to India on April 23, while Malaysia will see the device in the flesh on May 9.
