Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner News: Divorce Papers Are Still in Order
Several years since the separation of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner made headlines, recent reports have it that the divorce is still on and Garner is the one preparing to file it.
Us Weekly claims that they got confirmation from a source that Garner is still resolved to file the divorce papers to make her split with the Batman actor official.
On a good note, Affleck and Garner seem to be dedicated to co-parenting their three children despite the fact that Affleck has moved out from their Brentwood home. A source tells Us Weekly, "No matter what happens, Ben and Jen are committed to raising their family as one unit and will continue to do so as it has worked for them."

Another source (via E! News) described Garner and Affleck's relationship as "fluid" while also adding that nothing has really changed from the former couple.
Long after the announcement of their split in 2015, the "Alias" actress revealed in a Vanity Fair interview that, to her, Affleck was the love of her life. She said, "I didn't marry the big fat movie star; I married him. And I would go back and remake that decision. ... He's the love of my life. ... He's the most brilliant person in any room, the most charismatic, the most generous." However, Garner also added that Affleck can be really complicated at times.
A report by PEOPLE back in July 2015 claims that an actress close to Garner mentioned that Affleck once came to his wife and admitted that he had not been committed to their relationship in the past several years.
Though Garner did not give up at first and hoped that the marriage could be saved, the report mentioned that issues of infidelity, drinking, and gambling pushed the actress to the limit. Shortly after their separation, reports have it that "The Accountant" actor dated their kids' nanny, Christine Ouzounian.
To be fair to Ouzounian, Garner shared through the same Vanity Fair interview that she and Affleck had been separated for months before the reports about the nanny surfaced.
