'Big Brother 18' Spoilers, Updates and Preview: James Huling Might Just Get Himself Evicted Over House Rule Violation

With only seven houseguests left in the running for Big Brother 18's grand pot, the game is starting to hit full circle as showmances and alliances prep for their biggest strategies yet.

But it seems that James Huling's strategy might put him in grave danger of getting him kicked out of the house so close to the finals.

While lounging in the BB18 house pool, James talked to Nicole Franzel and promised her that should he win the grand prize, he would give her, Corey Brooks and Natalie Franzel $10,000 each. The three were part of his proposed Final Four alliance.

Nicole agreed to James' plan and promised the same thing, though she said she would just give Corey a gift since he probably won't take the cash anyway.

All seemed well with this free-wheelin' deal for everyone in the alliance. But according to the House Rules, houseguests are not allowed to make monetary deals with other houseguests, so the producers swooped in to shut the deal down.

Nicole was up first and was told by the producers to tell James that she cannot buy anything for him. This left most of the houseguests confused as no one else knew about the deal. James is called up next and was forced to tell his showmance half, Natalie, that he can't buy anything for her either.

While it's not allowed to make monetary deals with other houseguests, next week's Care Package does allow one houseguest to bribe someone to influence voting, Power of Veto, and Head of Household. The winner of the package will also get $5,000 which can be used as bribe.

Other happenings in the house

Meanwhile, Paul Abrahamian and Victor Arroyo were initially put up the block by HoH Natalie. This came out as a surprise since Corey and Michelle appeared to be the most likely nominees. However, Paul won the PoV and used it to get himself off the nominees' list. Co-HoH Michelle, on the other hand, decided to nominate Corey.

With Victor on the line, Paul is beginning to mull over his strategies as he realized that he may get separated from his strongest ally in the house. He told Victor that he might end up against two showmances (James/Natalie, Corey/Nicole) and foresees that they will eventually gang up on him.

The latter is a big possibility as the other houseguests know he's the strongest player in the house. With the PoV and America's Care Package as his only prayers, he's decided to split up the two showmances and is now targeting either James, Natalie, Corey or Nicole.

He might not have to, though, if James and Nicole get axed off the house for their monetary deal.

What do you think? Will the producers get them off the show or will they only get a slap on the wrist?
