'Big Brother Over the Top' Spoilers, News and Air Date: Meet the New Cast for BB's Digital Edition!
It didn't take that long for "Big Brother" fans to stay sober following Season 18's Grand Finals, because already there's a new cast for "Big Brother: Over the Top" (BBOTT) for CBS All-Access! This season will be the show's first digital edition, and the twelve new houseguests will have to battle it out for $250,000. Are you ready to meet your new bets for BB Big Winner?
Sibling twist
The biggest twist so far were the Willett sisters, who didn't even know they auditioned for "Big Brother: Over the Top" until they saw each other on the cast. Alex Willett, who's been a "superfan" of the show, said their game was to deny all relations with each other, though she slightly differed with sister Morgan when it came to admitting it. While Alex said she will "fess up" if someone caught on to them, Morgan will simply "deny."
Superfans on their dream job
Meanwhile, there's Scott Dennis, 24, and Whitney Hogg, 21, who, like Alex, are "superfans" of the show. ET Online reported that Scott had auditioned for the show five times and took cues from "Big Brother" All Star players Dan Gheesling and Dr. Will Kirby. Another avid viewer, Michael Ligon, is the oldest house-guest in "Big Brother: Over the Top" at 41.
Eye on the prize
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Monte Massongill, 25, cited "Big Brother 18" house-guest Victor Arroyo as his idol, saying the latter played the game very well. He said he considered himself an alpha male and will likely align with his fellow males as well. Will he be "Big Brother: Over the Top's" version of Paulie Calafiore?
Meanwhile, there's Kryssie Ridolfi, 31, Neeley Jackson, 33, and Shelby Stockton, 24, who both admitted they were in BB OTT for the money. Both Ridolfi and Stockton didn't have to audition for the show as they were recruited.
Showmance blues
But if not for the prize, then some houseguests are looking forward to love. Justin Duncan, 27, was recruited by "Big Brother: Over the Top" after being discovered in his previous audition for Masterchef. He revealed that he'd love to be in a showmance, and promised to feed his love interest and fill her with a happy stomach.
Shane Chapman, 24, is also looking for love, and even said in an interview with ET Online that he'll choose love over money. Same goes for single mom Danielle Lickey, 23, who also admitted she didn't want to show some PDA.
Oh, and one more twist: Big Brother 17 Jason Roy and Big Brother 18 Jozea Flores will be competing for the last slot before move-in day!
Airing date
This new BB OTT season will also have a surprise for viewers. Now they get to control a lot of the happenings inside the house. They get to decide who's nominated, who's evicted, and a lot more! Excited to see how that goes? Tune in to the first episode of "Big Brother: Over the Top" starting Wednesday, Sept. 18!
