'Blue Bloods' Season 6 Episode 15 Spoilers: Erin's Past Decision Comes Back To Haunt Her
CBS' hit police procedural drama TV series "Blue Bloods" Season 6 returns this week with an exciting, brand new episode that will see one of the Reagan clan members feeling guilty when a recent tragic incident is tied to one of her previous actions. Meanwhile, Oscar Award-winning actress Whoopi Goldberg continues to antagonize Tom Selleck's character in an up-and-coming episode.
According to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode titled "Fresh Start," Erin Reagan's (Bridget Moynahan) attention will be called when a murder takes place. The case happens to involve the death of a police officer with the accused being a man whom Erin had set free in the past.
The promo video for the segment opened up with a police investigator talking to the prosecutor on the phone about a cop who was shot and killed. The next scene finds Erin further informed by the officer that witnesses pointed out the perpetrator to be a person whom she "declined to prosecute last week."
"Now I'm responsible for this?" Erin asked the cop.
The teaser also shows Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) looking over the details of the case.
Near the end of the clip, Erin can be seen making an effort to comfort the bereaved widow of the fallen officer. However, her apology doesn't seem to matter since the widow instead responds by giving Erin a very hard slap on the face.
In another development, Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) and Baez (Marisa Ramirez) investigate a case of a cop who has gone AWOL.
Meanwhile, Frank will battle against City Council Speaker Regina Thomas (Whoopi Goldberg) in next week's episode "Help Me Help You." The character in question is openly against the "broken window policy" that the police commissioner is trying to implement.
"Blue Bloods" Season 6 airs every Fridays at 10 p.m. on CBS.
