Bradley Cooper Exits Natalie Portman's 'Jane Got a Gun'
Bradley Cooper is the latest actor to leave the troubled upcoming film "Jane Got a Gun," according to reports this week.
Natalie Portman is producing the western indie movie and is also set to star in it, but the project has experienced several setbacks.
Ahead of Cooper's departure, Hollywood A-listers Jude Law and Michael Fassbender had already left the project.

In "Jane Got a Gun," Portman portrays a woman defending her home against her outlaw husband with help from an ex-lover- a role that originally went to Fassbender. As a result of Fassbender's departure, Joel Edgerton was shifted from the role of the outlaw husband to the role of the ex-lover.
Then, Law was cast in the villainous role, but left shortly after director Lynne Ramsay abruptly left the project over disputes with producer Scott Steindorff.
As for why Cooper had to back out of the film, the "Silver Linings Playbook" star blamed his busy schedule.
"Regretfully, due to the date conflicts between the film I am currently shooting for David O'Russell and Jane Got a Gun, I am unable to join Natalie, Joel, Noah and Gavin on this truly exciting project," the Oscar-nominated actor told The Hollywood Reporter.
Meanwhile, Cooper has become one of the most sought-after actors in Hollywood.
In addition to the upcoming O'Russell film, Cooper the actor will appear in this year's "The Hangover Part III," "Serena," and "American Hustle."
Furthermore, the "Limitless" star has recently been named in rumors surrounding a possible biopic about disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong.
Despite admitting he "would be interested" in playing Armstrong while speaking to BBC, Cooper later recanted the prospect of working with director J. J. Abrams on such a film.
"That's so nuts," Cooper told Access Hollywood earlier this year when asked about the potential role. "I was in Manchester, doing the BBC morning show … I had no idea what [the interviewer] was talking about. I didn't even know that J.J. [Abrams] has the rights, I had no idea. I don't know anything about it."
