Meanwhile, a new report Wednesday suggested that actor's "Silver Linings Playbook" co-star Jennifer Lawrence was "a little jealous" of Cooper and Waterhouse, according to RadarOnline.com.

"Bradley has been spending his free time with Suki, and she feels like she's lost her partner in crime," a source close to Lawrence said.

Cooper and Lawrence will appear onscreen together again in the upcoming film "Serena."

News of Cooper's new girlfriend arrives just as the "Silver Linings" star admitted that he lives with his mother, Gloria.

Although he was named named People magazine's "Sexiest Man of the Year" last year, 38-year-old Cooper recently divulged that he and his mom have shared his home for the past two years.

The Oscar-nominated actor explained his living situation and offered a rare glimpse into his personal life during an interview with Details magazine. He revealed that the loss of his father had devastated his family.

"The best way I can answer that is to say we're surviving. Both of us," said Cooper of he and his mother while speaking to the magazine.

"The Place Beyond the Pines" star continued to explain the situation as simply being life and endearingly exposed the details of his family life.

"Let's face it: It's probably not easy for her, by the way, to be living with her son. It's life," said Cooper. "And right now, two years after my father's death, this is where we are. My family is very close, and my dad dying was brutal for all of us. It was a schism, and its aftershock has not stopped. And we need each other. So here we are."

Furthermore, Cooper stated that living with his mother includes a few "complications."

"It's not like I live in compound and she's in the guesthouse, no, she's in the next room," the Philadelphia native clarified. "But here's the thing; she's a cool chick, and she can roll with the punches. If that wasn't the case, there's no way."
