Cardi B Latest News, Rumors: Did the Singer Collaborate With Beyonce?

Cardi B may have collaborated with Queen B herself.

The 25-year-old may be 2017's biggest breakout star, but she would first need to release her debut album. Now, after dethroning pop superstar Taylor Swift on the Billboard Hot 100, she may have to celebrate once more as it is believed that the rapper has collaborated with Beyonce.

This news comes after an engineer for the rapper who goes by the name Michael Ashby had shared an image of a mix bearing the title "Cardi B & Beyonce" through his Instagram story. "Wow this feature is big," Ashby wrote. Unfortunately, the engineer behind Cardi B's hit "Bodak Yellow" didn't reveal whether the mix would be part of the rapper's debut album.

It should be remembered that back in September, Cardi B had met with the "Formation" singer at the Made in America festival and was actually surprised that Beyonce liked her music. This only adds to the possibility that a collaboration is, in fact, happening between the two.

Fans of the rapper had long been anticipating the release of her debut album. Unfortunately for them, it looks like they would have to wait further as a release window is yet to be announced. It was thought that Cardi B would be dropping her debut album this October, but so far, it hasn't happened yet.

Cardi B had addressed the issue with her debut album and acknowledged its delay saying: "So I really wanted to release my second single with my album but I'm just not as satisfied yet to drop my album. A lot of people keep telling me to drop it. My dude tells me to drop it. A lot of people keep telling me to drop it, but it's not quite there yet. I was gonna release it in October, but I think I'm gonna do it in November."
