'Castle' Season 8 Episode 12 Spoilers: Rick Forced To Solve Puzzle Games
ABC's hit police procedural drama TV series "Castle" Season 8 returns this week with an intense, brand new episode that will see Nathan Fillion's Rick Castle getting held up by strangers and forced to solve puzzles and mind games. Given her husband's tight situation, Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) will prompt all of NYPD on their mission to save Castle.
According to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode titled "The Blame Game," Rick will be captured by a group of people who don't want anything from him but his wit in solving problems.
The sneak peek posted in YouTube revealed that Castle will find himself stranded in what appears to be a kindergarten room. It seems that the protagonist will have to solve a set of puzzles in order for him to get out of the place.
"Four walls. No Way out," the voiceover in the video indicated. "And every clue spells danger."
The clip also hinted that Rick won't be alone in the labyrinth.
"We must have been drugged…" Rick said to a man who seems to be one of those who are illegally detained.
"Three bullets and there's four of us," Rick was heard saying in another scene.
In the meantime, Kate will be busy figuring out how to find her husband as well as capture the perpetrators.
"We can't trust anything in this place," the NYPD detective told her cohorts during the rescue mission.
It is yet to be learned if Kate will employ the help of Esposito (Jon Huertas) and Ryan (Seamus Dever) in the operation. Followers of the series may know that the two are dating other people.
"Castle" Season 8, Episode 12 "The Blame Game" will also feature the acts of guest stars Amy Robach as Lila Campo, Calli Ryals as Emma Matthews, and Kai Lennox as Simon this Monday, Feb. 22, at 10 p.m. on ABC.
