Ciara Shares First Baby Picture; Names Son After Fiancé Future (PHOTO)

Ciara is said to be doing well following the birth of her baby boy on Monday and she recently shared a photo of him on Instagram.

The "Body Parts" singer, 28, and her music producer fiancé Future, 30, welcomed the birth of their first child together on Monday and the couple named him Future Zahir Wilburn after his father. The baby boy weighed in at 9lbs 10oz and fans got a first glimpse of him on Tuesday.

"FUTURE ZAHIR WILBURN 9lbs 10oz May 19 2014," Ciara captioned in a Instagram photo.

The adorable photo shows baby Future's right arm resting on a baby blanket and it garnered more than 348,000 likes.

"I went with what felt right in my soul and my gut. I didn't second guess it," Ciara previously said about naming her and Future's son.

Stars congratulated the engaged couple on social networking sites with Nicki Minaj leading the way in wishing them well.

"Congrats 2 @ciara & @1future on the birth of there young King... God Bless.," Busta Rhymes tweeted.

"Congrats to Ciara & Future," Nicki Minaj tweeted.

"Congrats to @1future and @ciara !!! It's a blessing to bring life into this world #TTLO," Rico Love tweeted.

In November, rapper Future, who began dating Ciara in January 2013, proposed with a 15-carat diamond ring on the heels of her 28th birthday. The Grammy award-winning singer confirmed her pregnancy news during a Jan. 14 appearance on "The View."

"I am so happy. These are really the happiest days of my life. I'm enjoying every minute of what's going on. I feel like I'm walking into true womanhood. This is really where it begins," she told OK! magazine. "I'm just excited about being able to build a family."

The Hollywood couple is yet to select a wedding date, however, Ciara revealed that they have begun wedding planning.

"We're definitely working on things every day. I'm going to do things in advance. Luckily, I have time still to work on everything," she told People.com.

"I feel like it's going to work itself out though, because at least me and my fiance are talking over things," she added. "So when it's time to start working with a wedding planner it will like be A, B, C, boom. We'll have a vision."
