The Bengals got to an early lead at the end of the first quarter and eventually doubled it 14-0 when the halftime buzzer sounded, but the Ravens fought back to cut the deficit in half after three quarters.
With the momentum seemingly tipped towards the hosts, the Bengals regrouped and scored enough points in the final frame to maintain the lead.
As for Baltimore, they still outscored their rivals in the fourth quarter 17-14 in an exciting finish to the game but were short in their efforts as they lost.
