Corey Bohan Responds to Audrina Patridge's Temporary Restraining Order
Audrina Patridge filed a temporary domestic violence restraining order against estranged husband Corey Bohan before filing for divorce two days after.
For starters, court documents reveal that Patridge, on Sept. 18, asked the court for a temporary restraining order that requires Bohan to stay at least 100 yards away from her house, work, car, and more. However, it does not cover the estranged couple's living situation. In particular, it does not require Bohan to move out of the property. The restraining order only applies to her parent's home, where she and her daughter have moved in since the split.
In addition, "The Hills" alum filed for divorce on Wednesday because of an alleged domestic violence case. She also filed for child abduction protection against Bohan who she claims to have issues with his temper. He allegedly attacks her verbally even when their daughter is present.

Bohan and Patridge have a 1-year-old daughter, Kirra.
Patridge, along with her father, Mark, and her brother, entered their home on the said date and was shocked that Bohan had security cameras installed over the house.
In a response to Patridge's restraining order and other claims, Bohan said, "On Sept. 19, [Patridge] and her family members showed up at the residence, literally banging in the house through the garage door after I texted stay out in the front of the house ... and started harassing me."
Bohan emphasized that aside from the restraining order's exclusion of the family home, Patridge moved out from the property weeks ago. He claims that he has been maintaining it since. And that the cameras she is referring to are actually just a nanny cam, and a surveillance camera near the entrance of the house, which Patridge has known about for months.
Patridge and Bohan tied the knot in November of last year.
