'CSI: Cyber' Season 2 Episode 6 News: The Cyber Team Will Have to Hunt Down a 'Cyber-Jacking' Hacker

In the next episode of "CSI: Cyber" next Sunday, Avery (Patricia Arquette) and the Cyber team will have to hunt down a hacker who is "cyber-jacking" vehicles, causing deadly car crashes.

The Futon Critic posted a synopsis of the upcoming episode of "CSI: Cyber" next Sunday, which is titled "Gone in 6 Seconds." According to the website, Avery must find the hacker who is remote-controlling real cars and making them crash. The summary added that a man was killed because of the hacking, while racing with Carmen Lopez, a known street racer.

The full summary reads, "When a man is killed by a driverless car while drag racing with street racer Carmen Lopez (Jessica Szohr), Avery and her team must hunt down the hacker who is cyber-jacking vehicles and using them as remote-controlled cars to cause deadly crashes, on 'CSI: Cyber,' Sunday, Nov. 8 on the CBS Television Network."

Carmen Lopez will be portrayed by guest star Jessica Szohr from "Gossip Girl." Other guest stars in this episode are Marcus Giamatti as Artie Sneed, Carl Donelson as Paul Martinez, Joseph Kibler as Kevin Cane, Sean Blakemore as Director Silver, Ryan Surratt as Steven Fuller, and Clint Carmichael as Joe Harper.

The episode was written by Matt Whitney and directed by Allan Arkush.

Meanwhile, Avery, D.B. (Ted Danson), Elijah (James Van Der Beek), and the others helped solve a cybercrime at a hospital in Dallas, Texas in the last episode of "CSI: Cyber." A hacker was able to get into the hospital's medical network, and threatened to kill a patient every hour, if the police does not give in to his demands. The Cyber team had to find a way to locate the source of the hacking, in order to stop the hacker from killing more victims.
