'CSI: Cyber' Season 2 Episode 8 Spoilers: Avery Tracking Down FBI Cyber's Most Wanted

Avery's (Patricia Arquette) friend is killed, and the head of the FBI Cyber Crime Division makes it her mission to locate the killer, who is one of the Bureau's most wanted.

According to Spoilers Guide, Avery's friend is an Interpol Agent, and was killed by the most wanted man in the FBI Cyber's most wanted list. The psychologist wanted to catch the killer, even if it means putting her life in danger, to bring justice to her friend's death. Avery will be helped by her friend and co-worker, D.B. Russell (Ted Danson), as well as the other members of the Cyber Crime division, which are Brody Nelson (Shad Moss), Daniel Krumitz (Charley Koontz), Raven Ramirez (Hayley Kiyoko), and Elijah Mundo (James Van Der Beek).

An episode summary was posted on The Futon Critic, which is titled "Python," and the synopsis reads, "Avery risks her life to capture FBI Cyber's most wanted criminal after he murders her friend, an Interpol agent."

The episode was written by Craig O'Neill and was directed by Janice Cooke. Diogo Morgado will guest star as Miguel Casado, as well as Evan Jones, who will play Python. The other guest stars include Allen Theosky Rowe as Teddy Frankle, Veronica Cartwright as Renetta Ferguson, Julien Ari Bensimhon as Bernie Renhard, Angela Kerwin as Deborah Baxter, and Andrew Miller as Rupert Flemming.

Meanwhile, it appears that "CSI: Cyber" is at the bottom of the ratings game among all CBS programs that premiered this fall. "The Big Bang Theory" and "Supergirl" are on top of the list made by TV Series Finale, while "Elementary" and "CSI: Cyber" are at the bottom. The ratings are the basis of the network whether to renew or cancel a TV program, and fans hope that the "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" spin-off will not be canceled.
