'Detective Conan' Chapter 950 Spoilers: Sweets Shop Owner Is the Killer?
Chapter 949 of Japanese detective manga series "Detective Conan" recently dropped on Manga Fox. In it, graduate student Subaru Okiya and detective Conan Edogawa investigate the death of Hiyama Kunisiha.
The chapter begins with Subaru grilling Conan about his real identity, to which the diminutive detective responds that he will reveal more once they solve the case. They are interrupted by Senba Kazutoku, the neighbor/sweets shop owner who was the first to discover the body.
Someone says that Senba injured his foot when he stepped on some glass shards at the crime scene. Subaru approaches the man and asks him if his right leg still hurts. Senba replies that it is actually his left leg that was wounded. Nevertheless, Subaru notices that the neighbor is gripping his right leg as though it is in pain.

Later, Senba is asked to recount his discovery of the body. The neighbor arouses suspicion when he claims that he did not notice the broken glass at the scene nor heard them as he opened the door. He later claims that the door was already open when he arrived at the house.
The chapter concludes with Conan and Subaru deciding that Senba is, in fact, the killer. They return to the house to scour it for clues and find the murder weapon. Professor Agasa calls their attention to a trail of ants and they follow it under the house, where they finally find the weapon that was used to kill the victim.
But what could that weapon be?
According to Reddit user Jetstream_Kage, "I'm thinking a jaw breaker in a ball thrower for extra power."
"He probably put the ball thrower next to the bathroom window before the check then when inside collect it combine the 2 with something to keep the jaw breaker in, after the murder he probably put it outside via the toilet window then moved it while every was distracted with the body," the "Detective Conan" reader explained.
