'Dishonored: Death of the Outsider' Latest News: Game, Launch Trailer Now Available

"Dishonored: Death of the Outsider" rolled out, and before it did, Bethesda already released its launch trailer.

The standalone expansion for the "Dishonored" series rolled out on Sept. 15, and prior to this event, Bethesda released the launch trailer for the game. In the trailer, players get to see Billie Lurk as she makes her way to annihilate the entity that is known as The Outsider.

In "Dishonored: Death of the Outsider," players make a big return to the to the capital of the Empire of the Isles, and there, they see the protagonist reuniting with her mentor who goes by Daud.

The trailer begins by showing the former Whaler assassin as it is revealed that she has been searching for The Outsider for months with most of that search ending fruitlessly. Because the chaotic being had left so much destruction in its path, she takes it upon herself to fully end the cycle of chaos and kill The Outsider once and for all.

Other than that, there are also some new abilities that are sure to excite the players and fans of the franchise. This would include the all-new "hook mine" that would allow players to set their own traps that when triggered would pull the victim towards a mine. Other new abilities would include the "Displace," a teleport ability, and the "Semblance," which allows Billie to impersonate another character by stealing their face in the void.</p><p>Furthermore, unlike with the previous "Dishonored" games, "Dishonored: Death of the Outsider" will no longer rely on elixirs for players to refill their characters' energy. This is because the energy meter would refill on its own after a short interval. The chaos system has also been reportedly stripped away from the game which means that there will only be one ending.</p><p>"Dishonored: Death of the Outsider" is out now on the Xbox One, PS4 and
