'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 24 Spoilers: New Champa Arc Kicking Off 2016

"Dragon Ball Super" won't be prolonging their fans in guessing what will happen on the Champa saga, since it was announced that it will be starting to air this January, and fans can't be more excited about the news.

The announcement was made on the TV show's Twitter account, and the loose translation said, "January 24, 2016, 'Dragon Ball' rush to the new chapter 'destroying God Shanpa Edition!'" Manga readers already have an idea on who is this new villain in the Z fighters' world, and viewers can't wait to see the Japanese comic book pages brought to life next year.

According to Attack of the Fan Boy, Champa is "an interesting new character," and loyal "Dragon Ball' manga readers are fascinated with the new addition to Goku's long list of opponents, ever since his character was revealed a few months ago in the manga. The website said that Beerus and Whis look oddly similar to Champa, but no more details were revealed about the character.

As reported last October, Champa appears to be the "fatter version of Beerus," and he'll have a female sidekick named Vados. The other sagas before the Champa saga, which are "Battle of Gods" and "Resurrection F," were both from the previous "Dragon Ball" films, and the Champa saga promises to bring a fresh new story to the "Dragon Ball" fans.

Meanwhile, the next episode's title was released in another report by Attack of the Fanboy, and the title reads, "Clash! Freeza vs Son Gokū! This is the Result of My Training!" According to the website, Goku will be getting another Super Saiyan transformation, but Freiza will not back down since he also has a big surprise waiting for the Super Saiyan fighter.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 25 will air next Sunday, Dec. 27 on Fuji TV, and will take a break for a week. The show will be back for its 26th episode on Jan. 10, 2016.
