'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 33 Spoilers: Goku Takes an Unserious Botamo Seriously

The upcoming episode of "Dragon Ball Super" promises a lot of fighting and excitement as the first match in the Universe 6 Martial Arts Tournament takes place starring Son Goku and Botamo.

In the teaser provided for episode 33, Botamo is introduced as a fighter who takes pride in his bouncing body slams. The attack's bouncing and pounding capacity will pose a threat to Goku, despite the fact that he came to the battle prepared.

While Goku is all prepped and excited to fight with an opponent said to be one of the strongest in Universe 6, Botamo doesn't seem to be bothered at the sight of Goku, who is also known as the strongest and most capable fighter in his team. Botamo's attitude appears to agitate Goku, and as the preview reveals, the latter will transform.

As fans who have been following the series know, Goku is now able to transform into the highest Saiyan form, and though he won't introduce his God form just yet, he will turn into a Saiyan in the heat of the battle. Fans should understand that Goku has not been very aggressive in the series and his Saiyan transformation is something rare, meaning he is taking Botamo seriously.

Other spoilers reveal that Goku will eat too much before he starts fighting and he will at first be unable to concentrate on the tournament. However, he will realize that he has to put his mind on the opponent put against him, especially since Botamo won't budge by any of his attacks until he turns into a Saiyan.

However, Botamo doesn't seem to mind that Goku is in his Saiyan form. He appears to be confident that he will easily defeat Goku in the first match. The preview implies that the episode will focus mainly on the match so fans can expect that other characters might not appear for a longer time all throughout the episode.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 33 will air on Sunday, Feb. 28 on Fuji TV.
