Elderly Man is Brought to Tears After Hearing His Wife's Voice Again

Stan Beaton had been married to his wife, Ruby, for 20 years before losing her to stomach cancer in 2003. After she passed away, he had saved a voicemail message to remember her with. But when he upgraded his phone the message got deleted. Not for too long, though.

Due to a landline issue with Virgin Media, the recording of his wife's voice was lost. Stan was devastated by this loss, and even resisted changing companies for years because he was afraid of losing the recording. After hearing this story, a few of Virgin's engineers got together to find this lost recording. One of them actually finds the recording of Ruby and can't wait to share the good news with Stan.

When you see his reaction to the voicemail you will see that Ruby's love for his lost wife is strong. It shines through his tears as he hears her voice once again.
