Exhausted Meerkat Hilariously Tries to Stay Awake (VIDEO)
If you work at a computer in an office, you know exactly how this meerkat feels, specifically around 3:00pm. There's the drooping eyes, the sagging head, the lean. And then comes the catching yourself right before you doze off into the land of reprimands from your superiors for napping on the job.
Well, the stakes for this meerkat aren't nearly as high, but it's admirably trying to stay conscious for his job, which, of course, is looking cute for the cameras. It puts up a good fight for a time, even keeping from completely toppling over.
But in the end, sleep takes over and we're happy for the little African mammal.
