'Fate/Apocrypha' Episode 19 Spoilers: Series to Focus on Jeanne and Shirou Next; 2nd Recap Airing as Episode 19.5
Now that Jack the Ripper is gone, the Japanese action-fantasy anime series, "Fate/Apocrypha," will now be focusing on the Ruler, Jeanne, the Red Faction's Leader, Shirou, and their conflicting ideas of saving the world.
While Shirou and the rest of his faction believe that he can and will save the world with the use of the Grail, the Black Faction has qualms about the possibility of the Grail's wish-granting power causing more destruction than good.
But how can Jeanne and the rest of the Black Faction possibly stop Shirou in his tracks, when he has also just convinced his faction of the purity and ultimate success of his goals?
Shirou hopes to be the one to save the world. Why he is so determined to do so is something that nobody knows. It has also not been made clear just how exactly he will be using the Grail to save the world.
But since Jeanne is determined to stop him, it will only be a matter of time until the two of them meet once more, as teased by the Caster of Red, Shakespeare, near the end of the previous episode There is also the question of what significant role will Sieg be playing in the upcoming final battle?
"Fate/Apocrypha" airs on Saturdays at midnight JST on Tokyo MX, BS 11, Gumma TV and Togi TV. It also airs on Tuesdays late night at 3:30 a.m. JST on MBS and streams in selected regions outside Japan via Netflix.
In other news, it has just been announced via the series' official Twitter page that the upcoming 19th episode of the series will subsequently be followed by episode 19.5, which will once again be a recap episode, much like the previous one labeled episode 12.5. And it seems that it will be told through the eyes of Shakespeare, as voiced by Tetsu Inada, and the Rider of Black, Astolf, as voiced by Rumi Okubo.
