With that, fans can expect Johnson's character, Anastasia Steele, and Mrs. Robinson to go head-to-head in the upcoming film, especially with the history between her and Christian. However, Mrs. Robinson is not the only one to cause tension for Anastasia.

It was previously announced that Bella Heathcote will take the role of Leila Williams, who is Grey's former lover. This will surely cause Anastasia to question her relationship with Christian. However, fans of the book will know that she will do what she can to sustain their relationship.

Meanwhile, there has yet to be any news on the other characters of the story. Fans are still waiting to hear about who will take on the role of Jack Hyde and Dr. Flynn. Fans of the book are aware that Jack Hyde is Christian's enemy, while Dr. Fynn is Christian's therapist.
