'General Hospital' Spoilers for Week Feb. 23 to 27: Nina Receives Good News

Last Friday on "General Hospital," Maxie brings her baby over to Lulu's house. While the babies play on the floor, Lulu and Maxie fantasize about them falling in love and getting married in the future. Maxie tells her about Spin and Ellie breaking up, and Maxie says that she's sure of her future with the cop.

Meanwhile, Liz shows up at Wyndemere and finds Nikolas arguing with Helena. Liz tells them that Jake is out of surgery. Liz says that the device is now out of Jake's brain, and she demands to know what they have been arguing about. Nikolas starts apologizing and offers to pay Jake's medical bills.

After Liz leaves, Nikolas calls in his men to escort Helena out. He tells her that he now controls the entire Cassadine fortune and that he's sending her to the island for good. Helena grudgingly tells him that he's becoming worthy of the family name.
