'General Hospital' Spoilers for February 11, 2016: Little Jake Hears the Painful Truth

Over the past days, some serious events have shaken the core of "General Hospital," and this coming Thursday, a mother's honesty may mean a little boy's broken heart.

Little Jake (James Nigbor) has already gone through a lot, with some people noticing that there is really something wrong with his behavior and the things he says. He finally took the drama a step further when he caused trouble for Sam (Kelly Monaco). While his father's girlfriend survived the incident, the young man is still emotional over the fallout between his parents.

Soapshows says the boy, who is at the hospital recovering from his injuries, will feel relieved after hearing news that Sam is alive and is also recovering well. However, he still has a lot of fears for the aftermath of what he had done. Although he has been acting strange and difficult largely because of Jason's (Billy Morgan) decision to walk out on his family, it seems he will receive another blow on Thursday.

Seeing that his son has been greatly affected with the effects of her bad decisions, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will finally tell Jake what he has been closing his ears to for so long. She will try to explain to the little boy that he might not see his parents back together again.

It is yet to be revealed how Jake will react to his mother's honesty and if he will react in a good or bad way. However, his discovery of the truth will open doors for Sam to try drawing closer to the son of her lover.

Meanwhile, fans speculate that the upcoming episodes will finally see more of Sam and Jason putting things the way they should be. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, it is expected that with Jake's knowledge of his father's new love and with Jason's freedom from his dirty past, the couple can finally mend the torn bond and start anew.

"General Hospital" airs every weekday on ABC.
