Get Tips and Learn More About Pokémons in a Real-Life Pokémon Gym
Fans of the hit animated TV series "Pokémon" know Ash's journey to "be the very best" trainer and it started by traveling from one Pokémon gym to another. He met and became friends with different Gym Trainers along the way, which helped him a lot more about the beloved "pocket monsters." Learning more about Pokémon and gaining friends are the main reasons why a new attraction is being constructed in Japan.
The upcoming Pokémon EXPO Gym, which is currently being built in Osaka, Japan, will be an education and entertainment facility by Sanoyas Interaction. According to Siliconera via Inside Games, Pokémon EXPO Gym wants its visitors to learn more about Pokémon, gather some tips on using their abilities, and for children to have fun interacting with their different Pokémon stations.
Pokémon fans can train at different stations at the facility, which includes "Gardevoir's Control Score" and "Charizard's Battle Colosseum." The website added that the stations will train the visitors in different Pokemon subjects, and will let them earn rewards for various Pokémon games (X, Y, Alpha Sapphire, and Omega Ruby). The report also added that there are other training activities and arcade simulations at the site.
Visitors can also become a Gym Trainer at the Pokémon EXPO Gym. They would just have to buy a "Member's Card and Pass Case," to become a Gym Trainer in the Pokémon Center store in Osaka. An app, which is called "Pokémon EXPO Gym Gear," will be available for download next month, and will allow users to track their ranking at the Pokémon gym.
The gym is not officially a battle hotspot for the upcoming game from Niantic Labs, which is the "Pokémon Go." However, according to IGN, fans are excited to meet and battle at a real-life Pokémon gym using the "Pokemon Go" app once it launches next year. In the meantime, those who want to experience the world of Pokémons can visit the Pokémon EXPO Gym in Osaka starting this Nov. 19.
