With that, fans can expect to see Lee Norris, who plays Stuart Minkus on the original series "Girl Meets World," since he is supposedly Farkle's father. Minkus' presence will surely bring some light and comedic moments, despite the serious content it is expected to discuss.

The series has been known to address social issues as the star of the series Rowan Blanchard has been open about her feminist perspective. According to Entertainment Weekly, she stated, "I think every female actress knew it, and they all knew that it was happening, but nobody wanted to say anything because they were just like, 'Okay, you know what, I still got paid; it wasn't as much, but I still got paid. Society was telling them if that if you speak out you're going to be labeled, like, this feminist crazy person, difficult, difficult to work with — and that, in itself, is very sexist. All these female actresses are literally labeled difficult to work with because, God forbid, they have an opinion."

As the series prepares for its third season, fans should expect nothing less from the socially aware content. It was said that the characters of the series will soon be heading to high school, which will prove to be a time of learning.

"Girl Meets World" season 2 episode 27 will air this Jan. 22.
