'How to Get Away With Murder' Season 2B Spoilers: Will the Keating Five Stay with Annalise?

After what happened in the midseason finale of "How to Get Away With Murder," fans are wondering if the Keating Five, Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch), Connor Walsh (Jack Falahee), Michaela Pratt (Aja Naomi King), Laurel Castillo (Karla Souza), and Asher Millstone (Matt McGorry), will continue working for Annalise (Viola Davis). Things will be a lot different in the next half of the second season for Annalise's apprentices, especially after covering up one murder after another.

During his interview with Entertainment Weekly, the show's executive producer, Pete Nowalk, said it will be "awkward" working for Annalise, more specifically for Wes, who shot her in cold blood. When asked if the five Middleton law students will continue their work for their law professor, Nowalk said, "There's a chance at least someone will be missing."

Many fans expect that it will either be Asher or Wes, who'll leave Annalise's Team, given that Wes will now hate her for not telling the truth about Rebecca (Katie Findlay), and Asher for possibly confessing the truth about ADA Emily Sinclair (Sarah Burns) since he was seen at the police station and was about to give a statement. However, fans wonder if ALL of the five will actually leave.

According to Carter Matt, the Keating Five might finally be fed up after covering for another murder that involves all of them, and most likely Annalise's students may want to move on from what happened. The website said that even if staying with Annalise furthers their law career, someone from the group would still reach their breaking point.

Meanwhile, in another interview with TV Line, Nowalk said that everything's a "big messy soup" right now, when asked on how Wes will react after Annalise said "Christophe" to him. Wes is Christophe, and is part of Annalise's past, and viewers wonder what's behind their story.

"How to Get Away With Murder" will resume on Feb. 11 next year on ABC.
