HTC is rumored to launch its flagship One M10 in February 2016, along with its new smartwatch One Watch.

Consumers had complained about the latter's overheating problems, mediocre design, and downgraded battery. Because of those issues, HTC is rumored to pack improved battery and camera into its next flagship device, the report relays.

The rumored features of the HTC One M10 include a 5-inch touch screen display with 4K pixel resolution, dual-SIM support, 4 GB or RAM, and either 64 GB or 128 GB of internal storage expandable up to 2 TB via micro-SD card slot. Christian Today also says the device will have wireless charging, the report details.

The HTC One M10 will also have features that will be incorporated in a smartphone for the first time. These will include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip and a pair of 27-megapixel cameras. Moreover, the device will have a USB Type-C port, will be powered by a 3,500 mAh battery, and will run the Android 6.0 Marshmallow mobile OS.

Earlier rumors say the HTC One M10 will be released in the second quarter next year. In a Twitter post, HTC ROM developer LlabTooFer said the flagship will be launched two or three months after the unveiling of the X9, which is set to come out in the first quarter of 2016. The tech firm is planning a spring launch for the One M10.
