HTC One M8 vs Google Nexus 6 Review: Specs, Features, Price Comparison

Fall 2014 saw the release of a number of new handsets, each one seemingly more attractive and spec-heavy than the other. Google and HTC were both on their A game as HTC releases the One M8, while Google launched the Motorola-made Nexus 6. Both Android phones have certainly gained fans upon their release, but which one is the better smartphone?

Design:
The HTC phone takes a lot of its design cues from its predecessor. It has an all metal unibody chassis, a smooth curved back and matte finish. It measures 146.4 x 70.6 x 9.4mm and weighs 5.4 ounces. The device is available in Metal Grey, Artic Silver, and Amber Gold.

The Google handset looks a lot like the Motorola Moto X with the same curved back and aluminum trim. It measures 159 x 83 x 10.1mm and is heavier than the One M8 at 6.49 ounces. It's available in Midnight Blue and Cloud White.
