iPhone 6, iPhone 5S Low-Cost Model Resurfaces in Yellow (PHOTOS)
The low-cost iPhone 6 or 5S model has surfaced once again in a new picture donning a plastic yellow casing.
The new device is seen alongside the iPhone 5 in pictures posted this week by the Japanese magazine ASCII. The design shows a screw hole layout that is consistent with some of the leaked iPhone 5S logic boards. This shows that both the high-end and low-cost new iPhone models will feature similar logic board designs.
There is no way to confirm if this rear shell is actually legitimate. However, it seems to have a similar appearance to some of the other ones that were leaked in recent weeks. They could end up being unauthorized replacement parts created from third-party companies since they are appearing in high quantities and have been standardized around one common design that matches up to many of the recent rumors concerning the smartphone.

Apple decided to enlarge the screen on the device to 4.3-inches, according to a new Bloomberg report, and this has caused production delays. The next-generation Apple smartphone, which could be either the iPhone 5S or iPhone 6, will now debut at the end of the year instead of the originally expected fall launch date.
Bloomberg highlighted a report from Taiwan's Commercial Times, who first stated that Apple could be pushing back the smartphone's release after hearing from unidentified sources in the semiconductor industry.
MacRumors weighed in on the new report.
"The claim is highly unlikely to be true, as Apple undoubtedly finalized the design of the iPhone 5S months ago and the company will reportedly begin mass production later this month," wrote the site. "Regardless, the fact that the report was picked up by Bloomberg is giving it wide visibility."
